Thanks for stopping by. My name is Jason Clark Co-Founder at P360 and my favourite food is Homemade beetroot and black bean burgers with a sneaky glass of Red. When I'm not changing lives, and having a great time at P360 I love wrestle time with my two young boys and spending time in the garden (when I have a chance). My favourite movie is either The Fighter or White Men Can't Jump because they both represent that even though your backs are up against the wall anything is possible.

I've been in the industry since 2000 as a young 21 yo and now I'm truly passionate about creating a holistic movement in terms of exercise and nutrition for better health and mindset.

I choose the fitness industry because health and fitness CAN solve SO MANY of today's health and mental issues. Through exercise…the world can be a better place.

My greatest personal achievement was obviously marrying my beautiful wife and the birth of our two gorgeous boys. From a business stand it was definitely opening P360 when our backs we're truly up against the wall when a previous business were in liquidation.

Hey, it's Brent here, I've been coaching for the past 20 years and love the friendly and supportive community we've created here. I really enjoy teaching people how to train efficiently and effectively to help them become what we call the 'Everyday Athlete'. It doesn't matter where you're at on the training timeline, I will coach you to perform at your best and become the healthiest, strongest and fittest you've ever been.

In my free time I really enjoy training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and hitting the trails on my mountain bike. I was honoured to be awarded my black belt in 2024 by Bruno Lemos at Lemos BJJ.

I have a family with 2 young kids (7 and 5), which helps me understand the demands that can be placed on working parents when trying to squeeze in training, and focusing on health.

My greatest business achievement is opening the doors of Perform 360 at our 2 locations and creating an environment where people are comfortable to thrive and challenge themselves

My favourite type of food is Mexican and my favourite movie of all time is Super Troopers. So many good quotes!

I starting in the fitness industry back in 2006 because I'm passionate about helping people to take their health and performance to next level. I love coaching people through new skills, and one of my main strengths is being able to break things down so people can learn quickly, safely and effectively.

Hi, my name is Daiki

I'm the new guy at Perform360.

I am currently studying a bachelors of exercise science with a sporting background of semi-pro baseball in Japan. I currently play at Windsor Royals baseball club with coach Zach. I was previously a PT for over 3 years in Japan at Gold's Gym!

I enjoy all types of training but plyometrics is probably my go to style.

I also have experience in coaching youth baseball at a regional and state level and I have loved every minute of it! I love working with young developing athletes.

I'm looking forward in not only getting to know our members but also guiding them to their individual goals and having a good chat.

Please feel free to say hi!

My name's Sue and I'm the Stretch Therapy Teacher at Perform 360.

I'm like you, I wasn't a ballerina or a gymnast when I was younger and came to yoga and meditation in my 20's, back when it was challenging to find a yoga teacher with regular classes.

At about the same time I found Yoga and Meditation, I also found Kit Laughlin. Stretch Therapy is his work and I'm privileged to have Kit as both a teacher (I've learnt directly from the master) and more importantly as a friend.

It wasn't my intention to teach anything, I just wanted to learn more (I'm a curious being) and develop my own personal practise, but I've been teaching for over 22 years now and I still absolutely love it!

I teach what I have found works for me and Stretch Therapy works!

I'm incredibly passionate about empowering people to release tension from their bodies, to move better, to sleep better, to generally feel better in their bodies. I also love being able to show tight adult humans how to become more flexible and improve their mobility.

Stretch Therapy benefits directly impact your training in the Perform360 environment, so if you want to improve your lifting, squatting, back bending, whatever it may be, then add Stretch Therapy classes into your weekly training schedule.

In my down time I love to read (and usually have multiple books on the go at the same time), I enjoy a good coffee, delicious food and excellent company, which is what life is all about, making and appreciating moments!

So whether you want to learn how to relax and release tension from your body, to move better and feel better or you want to take your flexibility to the next level (including partner stretching), then become a Stretch Therapy regular with me at Enoggera and Coorparoo.

Let me show you how to breathe, stretch and relax!!

I have always been around sport / exercise growing up, always loved the activity and lifestyle around fitness. Most of my background is around Athletics and Rugby. Recently over the past 5 years I have been competing as an amateur boxer, I also play lot of social touch footy and enjoy group fitness classes with friends. I like training plyometric / explosive type when I do my own thing.

Working in the fitness industry is always a big highlight of my day. What I love most is the small wins people achieve everyday, the 1% wins everyday, the growth that I get to witness as a coach is a passion I thrive on and I love being able to help people from all walks of life achieve those small wins

As someone who is very active, the rare times I'm not in the gym I like to enjoy some downtime and relax, watch some tv or play a video game. Another favourite thing of mine is coffee so if you ask me if I would like to catch up and get a coffee my answer will 100% always be yes

Can't wait to meet all of you and help you guys smash some goals!!

Hey guys, Rachel here!

I am currently a Lvl1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning coach. After attaining my Fitness and Personal Training Certificates in 2021, I felt like I needed to expand upon my knowledge to enter the fitness industry with confidence - this is how I ended up studying my ASCA qualification.

The ASCA course sparked a passion for understanding movement, how the body responds to it, and how we can modify and grow through movement to perform better, and regain our quality of life. My next goal with study, is to enter tertiary education, continuing studies in the areas of rehabilitation.

I have a passion for people, and one of my favourite parts of my job is getting to know the people I coach every day. I love understanding who you are, what your goals are, and why you choose to train. So, if you love a chat, I'm always around!

I like to approach training as a tool for life - we can enrich our wellbeing in multiple ways. I'm excited to be a part of the community, that's helps each other learn, and develop!

My passion for exercise and movement started from a young age, loving all things sports and the outdoors. Growing up playing AFL I loved the team camaraderie and physical demands of sport, wanting to push myself to the limit and perform at my absolute best!

This sparked my interest in learning the science behind exercise and movement, so I studied a Bachelor's of High Performance Sport at University. This taught me the benefits and importance of well-structured, evidence based training to maximise performance and smash client goals!

I currently hold qualifications as an Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. During my time coaching I've been lucky enough to gain experience working in gym group training environments, along with semi-professional Rugby Union, Soccer and AFL teams.

When I'm not at the gym you'll probably find me at the footy, out camping or at Bunnings buying something to fix up my novice home reno jobs. I'm excited to come on board and get started at Perform360!

As a coach, I love connecting with clients and helping you to achieve your exercise goals in anyway possible.

Can't wait to see you at the gym soon!

My biggest passions in exercise stem from having a clear vision of what changes you want to see from your training - this could be at a performance level for a certain event, returning from an ongoing injury, or just making small lifestyle changes to compound on long-term growth. I love bringing the energy to the room and can always help you pull through the sessions on the days where the hardest part feels like turning up!

I'm also heavily involved in the Perform360 youth athlete program, working with both our large group and REPS youth athlete programs to maximise athleticism, promote lifelong performance and ensure sustainable development.

Outside of the gym and my own training, I'm a huge guitar nut - if your Dad liked a band when he was a kid, there's a very good chance I also like that band!

Looking forward to seeing you on the floor!

I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, coaching everything from small groups and bootcamps to one-on-one clients and youth athletes—and I bring energy, experience, and purpose to every session.

My mission is simple: help people get stronger so they can live better for longer. Strength isn't just about lifting weights—it's about building a body that supports you through life, now and in the years ahead.

I actually fell into coaching by chance while training for my first Spartan race with a mate—but it didn't take long to realise this was exactly where I was meant to be. I started with my Certificate IV in Fitness and have since levelled up my knowledge through ASCA qualifications, constantly pushing to be a better coach.

I've competed in everything from obstacle course racing and triathlons to trail runs, road races, and HYROX, so I know what it takes to train with intent and show up when it counts. That real-world experience shapes how I coach—focused, practical, and built around getting results.

As a long-time Enoggera local, I'm proud to be part of this community and fired up to help you become stronger, fitter, and more capable than ever.

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — beginning with dance, evolving through athletics, and spanning multiple sports including hockey, which I played and coached into my late 20s.

I bring over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, including Personal Training, Group Fitness Management, and Instructor training and development with Les Mills International. A Diploma of Clinical Pilates led me into 15 years in the Pilates world, working primarily with women across all modalities — including clinical Pilates within a physiotherapy setting.

In 2025 I completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, and I'm now in my final year of Clinical Exercise Physiology. My focus is strength and conditioning for women 35+, using Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training to address muscle and bone density loss and the broader physical challenges of perimenopause and menopause. I'm also deeply passionate about using exercise to manage chronic illness, pain, and injury — and to support recovery and athletic development at every stage of life.

I believe the resilience built through strength training goes far beyond the physical. Showing up consistently, being patient with your body, and celebrating every small win along the way — that's where real change happens. I've been overweight, I've been injured more times than I can count (what athlete hasn't), and I've lived enough of life to know that the goal isn't perfection. It's bringing your body to a place where it works for you — for as long as possible, and for whatever you want to do with it.
