Women's Strength Training
Lift with Paula
Strength isn't just about what you can lift. It's about trusting yourself, trusting your body, and stepping into a stronger, more empowered version of you.

Meet Paula Hindle
Hi, I'm Paula.
I have spent more than 25 years helping women improve their health, strength and wellbeing.
- Master of Physiotherapy
- Bachelor of Exercise Science
- Integrative Women's Health Coach
- Yoga Teacher
Alongside teaching strength training, I work clinically as a holistic women's health physiotherapist, supporting women through all stages of life, including perimenopause, menopause, pelvic health concerns, persistent pain, injury recovery and healthy ageing.
My passion is helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and discover what they are truly capable of. Many women arrive believing they are too old, too injured, too weak, or that their body has somehow let them down. What I see every day is that most women are far more capable than they realise.
Strength training is about more than building muscle and bone. It's about rebuilding trust in your body. Learning that your body is adaptable, resilient and capable of change. Every time you lift a weight, you gather evidence that you are stronger than you thought.
My goal is to help you move away from fear and uncertainty and towards confidence, capability and trust in yourself. Because your body is not something that needs fixing, it is something that deserves support, strength and respect.
Why Lift with Paula?
